Section 0 (Officers)
0.1 President
​
The President shall preside over all officer and general membership meetings. He will oversee all affairs of the Club and may appoint persons or committees as may be required for Club business. If any officer in the Club is unable to, or fails to perform his duties, it is the responsibility of the President to appoint a replacement until the general election is held. The President also deals directly with all business involving sources outside of the club. The President’s focus is on external club matters.

0.2 Vice President
​
The Vice President shall perform all duties incumbent upon the President during the absence of the President. The Vice President’s focus is on internal club matters.

0.3 Sergeant At Arms
​
The Sergeant-at-Arms shall promote safety throughout the Club. His duties include maintaining order during all Club meetings, events and functions, and to protect the rights of the Club and it’s members. It is also his duty to manage all complaints and to bring them to the attention of the President. The Sergeant-at-Arms will also keep an up to date record of all members to make sure members remain active on the forums and in-game. He is the first point of contact for all Prospects and will make sure they are assigned a sponsor to help guide them through their Prospecting period.

0.4 Road Captain
​
The Road Captain shall be responsible for the safety of the membership any time the Club rides as a group. He will review routes for safety concerns, and will assist other riders in practicing safe driving while traveling in formation. He will be responsible for scheduling departure times and locations for trips or rides, and will communicate this information to all the membership. In the event that the Senior Road Captain is unable to take part in a Club run or trip, he will pick a Road Captain and two (2) Assistants to lead the Club in his absence, and will help them in their preparation, if needed.

0.5 Enforcer
​
An enforcer stands at the right hand of the Sergeant-At-Arms and serve as the keepers of the bylaws and ensure that all members adhere to them. In addition to this, Enforcers shall fill in for the Sergeant-At-Arms upon his request, or at his delegation in the areas of: Prospect Invites, Maintaining Prospect Crews, Enforcing Bylaws, and Keeping the Peace.

Section 1 (General Conduct)
​
1.1 Chain of command is to be respected in its entirety throughout all stages of membership to the seventh seal motorcycle club
​
1.2 Extreme cases where chain of command has been disobeyed will result in immediate stripping of a members patch and subsequent marking of death will ensue
1.3 Members from prospects through to presidents cannot harm one another without consent from both parties, any punches to be thrown will be dealt with by the Sgt. At Arms
1.4 No explosives of any kind will be thrown where there is one or more member in the area.

1.5 If you don't help out the Club in its activities and you use the Club solely for your benefit, you will be warned. No second chance.
​
1.6 Do as you say or walk the line.
​
1.7 Where we go on our rides will be determined by patched members and planned by the Road Captain.
​
1.8 Absolutely no talking about club business to persons outside the club.
​
1.9 Respect is to be shown to all club members, officers, members, members', bikes, house etc. In other words, if it's not yours, Don't Mess with it.
​
1.10 Respect your patch.
​
1.11 No hippie shit.
​
1.12 Members are required to attend all mandatory training sessions where real life commitments do not conflict with the set time/date.
​
​
Section 2 (Prospects)
​
2.1 Prospects are issued with a cut on day 1 of their prospect period this will be a new cut unworn and the prospect patch will be applied
​
2.2 Prospects are to follow and respect the chain of command immediately upon their joining the club. they are held to the same bylaw defined in 1.1
​
2.3 Prospects are only permitted to ride a white painted 'western bagger' this is a restriction that applies until a prospect is awarded their full patch
​
2.4 Prospects are unable to attend church in any event
2.5 Prospects are unable to enter the members area of
the club house in any event
​
2.6 Prospects must undertake basic training within the first week of their prospect period. failure to do so will terminate their involvement with the club
​
2.7 Prospects who fail to meet the 50% minimum on the weapons test and firing range will have their involvement in the club immediately terminated. a period of 1 month will ensue before reapplication can be made
​
2.8 Prospects must forego a minimum period of 1 week in a prospect state
before a vote can be taken to determine full membership
​
2.9 Questions prospects have pertaining to the club, its bylaws or any and all problems a prospect may have are to be forwarded to their sponsor
​
2.10 Within 48 hours of joining a sponsor will be assigned to a prospect, this can be a choice where a member wishes to endorse a prospect for membership or a sponsor will be assigned by a full patch member
2.11 Prospects must be a minimum of 17 years old
​
​
Section 3 (Chapters)
​
3.1 Chapters are independent of national vote when deciding on prospects and conduct pertaining to section 2
​
3.2 Chapters are independent of national vote when deciding to remove a current patch member should they violate any of the bylaws a vote to remove must be unanimous
​
3.3 New chapters must be voted upon at a national church, for a member to request the opening of a new chapter they must have the backing of every officer and must have a minimum of 4 full patch members to take with them
​
3.4 The opening of a new chapter can not diminish the strength of a current chapter
​
3.5 A chapter cannot exceed the maximum membership of 8 full patch members, this comprises of a president, vice president, Sgt at arms, road captain, enforcer and three patched members
​
​
Section 4 (Road Conduct)
4.1 Formation is to be followed at all times, the only exception to this rule is when it is specified by the president of a chapter
4.2 Formations will be trained during a prospects basic training, however extra training may be given to any and all members should the president, vice president or road captain deem it necessary
4.3 Overtaking and undertaking your rank will result in disciplinary action where deemed intentional
4.4 Parking anywhere is to be done in an orderly fashion
4.5 Parking anywhere is to be done one at a time, in order of formation, front to back
​
4.6 Members cannot intentionally crash into another members, or intentionally cause harm to another members bike
​
4.7 A patched member and/or prospect will be assigned to Tail Gunner, it is the responsibility of this member to deal with threats to a formation that come from the rear
​
4.8 Only the road captain or president of a chapter has the right to suggest alternative routes during a ride
​
4.9 Members will not shoot during rides unless ordered, this is to avoid unnecessary contact with law enforcement, as well as erratic behavior from civilian drivers resulting in 'man downs'
​
4.10 If at any point a member falls from their bike, they must call 'man down' it is not the responsibility of other members to call this, and should it not be called we will not wait
​
​
​
Section 5 (Vehicles)
​
5.1 Only american motorcycles are accepted
​
5.2 No brash and/or non club colors are allowed on vehicles
​
5.3 All vehicles must fitted with a cop horn for identification and non-audible commands
​
5.4 All vehicles must be fitted with club colors, and the club emblem where possible
​
5.5 Prospects and/or may be asked to bring a Gang Burrito (Van) along, this is the only exception where a vehicles other than a motorcycle can be used. This can only be painted black and white.
​
5.6 Prospects must ride a white painted 'Western Bagger' (See 2.3)
​
5.7 Unsuitable vehicles and disciplinary action pertaining to this are decided by the Road Captain (infractions) and Sgt. At Arms (punishment)

Section 6 (Uniform)
​
6.1 Only the cuts which have been decided by vote are allowed at all points of membership
​
6.2 No brash or immersion breaking colors are allowed at any point, failure to meet this requirement will result in disciplinary action (No bright colors, no stupid masks, no stupid contact lenses, no unnaturally dyed hair etc.)
​
6.3 Uniform must be worn at all times when with more than one club member
​
6.4 Cuts and patches are a privilege, failure to treat them as such will result in disciplinary action
​
6.5 All members must have a saved stealth outfit for combat under certain circumstances (See 9.3)

Section 7 (Voting)
​
7.1 Only full patch members are permitted to vote
​
7.2 Votes pertaining to membership must be unanimous within a chapter
​
7.3 Votes pertaining to change of bylaws must be done by majority vote
​
7.4 Votes pertaining to relations with other clubs must be unanimous at a national level
​
7.5 In extreme circumstances a President of a chapter can bring a vote back to table, they are not permitted to override votes or make executive decisions without a vote

Section 8 (Weapons)
​
8.1 All members must follow the 1% code
​
8.2 Explosives (Thrown or Projectile) are prohibited in all scenarios of combat
​
8.3 Weapons deemed unusable by the MC community are restricted in all scenarios of combat
​

Section 9 (Combat)
​
9.1 Combat with friendly or allied clubs will result in immediate disciplinary action
​
9.2 Combat undertaken alone or resulting in a patch pic being taken will result in immediate disciplinary action
​
9.3 Should combat be against the odds, or against copycat clubs you must wear your stealth uniform
​
9.4 You must stick to the formations trained, lone wolfing will result in disciplinary action
​
9.5 You must defend the body of a fallen brother, so to avoid patching
​
​
​

​
Section 10 (Disciplinary Action)
​
10.1 Infractions of club bylaws will be dealt with by club officers, with the Sergeant-at-Arms dispensing immediate correction action if needed. Corrective action could entail one or more of the following depending on severity:
- Reciting the bylaw/rule you broke.
- Getting a beating from all members present.
- Being made to run around the map.
- Loosing officer position/rank.
- Being made to re-prospect.
- Being kicked from the club.
​
10.2 Abuse of disciplinary action and/or unwarranted disciplinary action will result, perhaps ironically, in disciplinary action.
